About Us

Independence First is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities to live independently in the community.

We have over 40 programs and services that work toward this goal, and serve people of all ages and disabilities in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, and Ozaukee Counties.
